Thanks for your interest in the Kid by Kid^® Give 5-Ask 5^SM Fundraiser.  Participating is super easy, is for kids 8-17, and takes only a day or two to complete.  It consists of making a small donation, and then asking five adults whom your parents know and trust to make a donation, as well.  Then, you just send in the permission slip, donor record, checklist and the donations you've collected, and you're entered!*  

We hope the awards are the least important reason you are interested in participating.  But, we know that having an awesome award or reward doesn't hurt motivation.  ;-)  And, the odds for winning the grand prize (a phone call from Hilary Duff + a trip to California) are incredibly strong!*  As of Friday, 12/17/04, with just two weeks  to go, we are estimating the odds of winning the grand prize to be 1 in 85!*  

There's still time ... but, time is running out!  So, print your forms now, participate and mail everything in as soon as possible, but make sure it's postmarked by January 15, 2005!  You'll be helping a great cause, and there's a great chance you could be the winner of the ....

All Participants - if we receive a complete and eligible packet from you, you will receive:

A Kid by Kid Lapel Pin* - to put on your backpack, jacket, hat, clothing, etc.  (We may be substituting rubber band or woven Kid By Kid^® bracelets because that is what you have asked for!)  

 

School Champions - if you are the school champion* and send back 50 or more completed eligible packets, you will receive:

A Kid by Kid Bomber Jacket* - kind of like a baseball jacket.
