Kid by kid's 2004 Recipient

Wow!  Where do we even begin to tell you about the wonderful charity that really inspired us to get started!

I guess we should start by telling you who they are ...

For 2004, all monies* received by Kid by Kid Children's Charities will be given to Kids With A Cause, Inc.!!!

Kids With A Cause (KWAC) was founded by Linda Finnegan, its Executive Director, in 1999.   Through KWAC's own words, Kids With A Cause "was created to provide a helping hand to the children of the world who, through no fault of their own, suffer from poverty, hunger, sickness, lack of education, abandonment, neglect and/or abuse."  It's 80+ members in the U.S. are comprised mostly of celebrity youth and teens, and most of their events involve both the members and the kids KWAC helps.  Please peruse their website for more information about this wonderful cause.

Linda has been invaluable to us at Kid by Kid Children's Charities!  Welcoming Rachel's Ideals with loving and open arms, she has been supportive and helpful in getting our dream of raising monies for KWAC "off the ground."  Her suggestions, motivating words, mentoring and enthusiasm really kept up going, even when Rachel's mom was quite overwhelmed. 

Ms. Finnegan, and Hilary and Susan Duff, have been so amazingly gracious.  It was through Linda's suggestion and the Duff's trust and kindness that the grand prize of 'a phone call with Hilary Duff' and 'participation with Kids With A Cause at a KWAC event' for our winner was "born."

To Linda, her Office Staff, the Duffs, and all the members of Kids With a Cause, Rachel and Andrea Finkelstein personally thank you.  Although we can never show our appreciation enough, it is our hope that, as a token, we reach our original goal many, many times over.  Again, Thank you.
