Kid by Kid Children's Charities uses and collects information.

Any data Kid by Kid Children's Charities collects

already participating in, and to discuss and answer questions or comments
you have submitted
- to contact you regarding program changes, program
status, and upcoming campaigns.

participate in a fundraiser.
- to accumulate data and publish it on our website
or in news or human interest media (including photographs) regarding our
participants
We will not do the following
with any information you provide to us:
- Sell, rent or market personal data about you to
any third party (other than to our selected charity for the year you provide
it - i.e. Kids With A Cause, Inc., might be given information about you, but
they, in turn, will not sell, rent or market this information to any other
third party
- We will not publish full Last Names of campaign
participants, other than that of the Grand Prize winner and any School
Champions. School Champions may request in writing, via registered
mail, not to release or publish their last name.

- We may automatically collect certain information
when you connect to our site. This information will not be personally
identifiable, but may include which computer operating system and web
browser you are using, as well as the isp address or domain name from which
you linked to us through. This information is most frequently used to
determine what changes need to be made to our site to improve your viewing
