By Using this Site, you Agree to the Following:

1. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE - By accessing and using this Site, you have accepted these Terms of Use.  These Terms of Use supercede all other terms regarding this subject matter.  
2. CONTENT OWNERSHIP RIGHTS - This Site and all content contained herein, including, but not limited to all text and images are owned and copyrighted by Kid by Kid Children's Charities or others, with all rights reserved.  Any item that is a trademark, logo, or service mark is also a registered or unregistered trademark of Kid by Kid Children's Charities or other entity.  You may only use this site and its content as allowed by these Terms of Use; and all other use, without written permission is prohibited.  Kid by Kid Children's Charities and its Directors will enforce Intellectual Property Rights to the fullest extent allowed by law.
3. PERMISSIVE USE OF SITE AND CONTENT - You may use kidbykid.org and its related site pages as follows:
   • You may not download or use any images (people or places) without written permission from us.  You may download other content, but only for noncommercial, personal use (i.e. you may download the fundraising packet to use for your participation or for other's individual participation in the campaign).  
   • You must retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights notices on any documents you download.
   • You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, reproduce, transfer, reuse, publish, license, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise use any content (other than what we have allowed above for legitimate use in participating in this campaign), without written permission from Kid by Kid Children's Charities.
   • You may not post or transmit on or through this site any information we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to material which is false, misleading, harassing, profane, pornographic, criminal, of low moral character, or material which encourages such.  We, at Kid by Kid Children's Charities will assist with any law enforcement agency in disclosing the identity of anyone breaching this section.
   • You may not use this Site to advertise or for commercial solicitation.
4. PRIVACY - Your personal data (including but not limited to your Name, Address, Telephone Number, E-Mail Address, Age, Grade, School Name, Amount Raised) will be used by Kid by Kid Children's Charities in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  Any other material you provide to us, such as questions, comments, or suggestions, will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary.

DISCLAIMER - All content is subject to change without notice, and is provided "As Is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind, unless prohibited by law.  Kid by Kid Children's Charities does not claim or warrant that content we provide is accurate, complete, up-to-date, or that it does not infringe upon the rights of any other party.  In addition, we assume no responsibility or liability for any content provided by other viewers or visitors to this site, or for anything that encourages immoral or illicit behaviors, including but not limited to information posted in chats, bulletin boards, questions submitted, and so on.

   • The Containing of Computer Viruses or other items of a destructive nature, such as adware
   • Damages from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information
