The mission of Saint Andrew's Episcopal School is to offer an enriched curriculum within the tradition and values of the Episcopal Church. We aim to educate the whole student, developing as fully as possible the intellectual, spiritual, physical, and social capacities of each student.

The Strategic Plan was created with the involvement of the entire Saint Andrew’s Episcopal School community as a vision for the future. The Strategic Plan reflects the school’s commitment to providing a complete, balanced, and inspiring academic program for students in grades Pre-Kindergarten through eight.

The Plan includes six categories of mission-aligned goals for Saint Andrew’s for the next three years and beyond. The categories align with the areas of focus referenced in the 2019 CAIS Accreditation Report. These may change as the Plan is regularly reviewed, evaluated, and updated with the most relevant information and research to best serve and meet the needs of our students, faculty, staff, and community.
